STANDARD REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our SaaS product, we maintain the following refund policy:

7-Day Refund Window:

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your first subscription purchase only.
  • This 7-day refund period applies regardless of whether you have used our services, uploaded content, or generated videos.
  • Refunds are only available for your initial subscription purchase with Clipfy.

No Refunds After 7 Days:

  • After the 7-day period has expired, no refunds will be available for any reason.
  • This applies to all subscription renewals, including monthly and annual recurring charges.
  • Recurring subscription charges are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please contact our support team at support@clipfy.app with the following information:

  1. Your account email address
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Order or transaction ID (if available)
  4. Brief explanation of your refund request

We will process all valid refund requests within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

REFUND PROCESSING

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent service usage during the 7-day refund period
  • Billing errors on our part
